Is there good hunting anywhere in California?

Uhmm... I dunno. Come up to Oregon.Is there good hunting anywhere in California?
there is excellent hunting in California, I've gotten at least 1 buck every year for the past 7 years, wild turkeys are everywhere, there are huge bears here, pheasants, quail, doves, grouse, rabbits, and sqirrels are abundant, and the fishing's not bad eitherIs there good hunting anywhere in California?
Not really. You need to go up to Alaska! It's like a hunters paradise! Texas is also great for Deer.

There is a lot of good hunting in California. Quail, turkey and pheasant are readily available in Northern California. If you do your homework you can get your deer, even in the zones that are not considered to be prime deer hunting areas. Ducks and geese are plentiful as well as a variety of other game and non-game animals. Dealing with the regulations can be a pain, but the game is here.
Yes. I hunt in California almost every year for deer, bear, wild boar, quail, rabbit, mountain goat, and/or mountain sheep.
