Pls Help, Yugioh card rulings, harpies hunting ground versus trap hole?

Okay so Lets say I have harpie's hunting ground on the field and opponent has face down trap hole. I summon harpie lady, and he wants to activate it, but I want to destroy it. Is there like a real yugioh expert that knows if trap hole can be chained to harpie's hunting ground?Pls Help, Yugioh card rulings, harpies hunting ground versus trap hole?
You summon the harpie lady. You get to choose a card to destroy. You select the target. Your opponent chain trap hole. The harpie is destroyed. The targeted spell n trap card is destroyed then. If trap hole was selected trap hole is destroyed but its effect to destroy harpie will still be activated and destroy your monster.Pls Help, Yugioh card rulings, harpies hunting ground versus trap hole?
Well if you are normal/flip summoning then trap hole can be activated. However, I see the issue with trying to destroy the trap hole with Harpies Hunting Ground, and destroying the Harpie with the trap hole. I believe that since the Harpie must be fully summoned before the Hunting Ground effect can be activated, and trap hole destroys it, then the Harpie could be destroyed. However, the only conflict (although it would not change the outcome) is that if trap hole was specified as the card to be destroyed then it would be destroy, but Hunting Ground doesn't negate the effect, it only destroy the trap.





So long story short, Harpie would be destroyed and the Hunting Ground effect would destroy the trap hole but not negate it's effect.
When you summon a Harpie Lady to the field, Harpie's Hunting Ground activates first, allowing you to select the spell/trap to be destroyed. After selecting, your opponent chains in Trap Hole because you summoned a monster and even if it is selected it with Harpie's Hunting Ground, it will still destroy your Harpie Lady, because Harpie's Hunting Ground doesn't negate the effect of Trap Hole, it just destroys it.





It is the same with Mystical Space Typhoon. If you chain MST to Lightning Vortex, your monsters will still be destroyed be MST doesn't negate Lightning vortex, only destroys it.

You summon a harpie lady, trap hole chains to the summoning, harpies ground destroys the trap hole, trap hole effect is not negated so harpie lady is destroyed.
If you asked this when Yugioh came out i could have told any strategies. I probably havent played for 5 years.
you must be in a trap hole if you care that much about this damn game.
