When job hunting, what benefits would compensate for lower pay rate?

If you find a job you know you are quailfied for but are not offering the salery you hoped for, what benefits (health coverage, company car) would make the job worth taking anyway? When job hunting, what benefits would compensate for lower pay rate?
Lots of things can make it worth while. The company car is a great example. The schedule, or can you make your own schedule, working from home, great healthcare, onsite amenities such as daycare, gym. Vacation and/or sick days given each year. You just have to decide if the benefits are worth the extra money that you are looking for! When job hunting, what benefits would compensate for lower pay rate?
If you drive quite a ways to work, I'd say either company car and/or gas card (my bf has a gas card and it saves him hundreds a month). Health coverage would have to be something really worth it. Do you have a family? Is it just you? I mean honestly don't get desperate and just take anything if you are well qualified for a job.
a good 401k
