Help with apartment hunting- utilities and furniture questions!?

So I am going to be moving into an apartment next fall with a roommate (we are in a college town in the south if this is any useful information) and I have so many questions!





Is it better to get an apartment where the rent includes utilities-electricity, water, sewer, refuse or to get one where only Limited utilities are included- water, sewer, refuse.





Also, should you go with a furniture package or no? Some of the apartments we have looked at are fully furnished, some you can opt in for a furniture package, others are unfurnished.Help with apartment hunting- utilities and furniture questions!?
Its usually better to go with full utilities included because usually it will save you money and it also gives you less to worry about when it comes to bill time.





With the furniture issue, it all depends on what you already have. If you don't mind having used furniture, or you can't afford your own, or you have no way of getting your own; then furnished apartments are great.
