to legally hunt small game the only one you listed is the bow. Which in most states must have a draw weight of 45lbs or more.

Neither of them are ideal, but between the 3, I would choose the small bow.
Either an air rifle or a .22 cal single shot with sub-sonic rounds (slower moving and quieter)
Why don't you add spear to you list, since you are going primitive.
A Ruger 10/22 or something in 17 hmr would be the best.
